Instructions for Use:
– Add 1 scoop of High Protein Pancake mix to a bowl or jug (1 scoop = 1 pancake)
– Add 4-6 tbsp of water or milk to powder
– Whisk together until a smooth pancake batter consistency is achieved
– Add a small amount of oil, butter or cooking spray to a nonstick pan over a medium heat
– Pour batter in pan and cook on one side until golden brown, flip and repeat on other side
– Plate up and enjoy!
